Episode One:
Florida Spring Turkey Hunt
Fred has a craving for spring turkey. He starts his hunt with friends in Florida after beautiful Osceola. Fred stops off in Nebraska in hopes for another bird before heading home to Colorado for a chance at a Merrium's.
Episode Two:
Fort Benning Georgia. with the Rangers
Fred goes Hog hunting with the help of the 3rd Battalion Army Rangers @ Fort Benning Georgia. The Rangers run Fred thru the ringer to teach him what it takes to be a member of America's elite fighting forces.
Episode Three:
Central California Tule Elk Hunt
This week Fred's after the newly P&Y designated species - Tule elk of central California. Fred needs to tag one in order to be the first to take all 29 big game species with a recurve. Fred tries to control of his nerves for his second chance at this lifetime achievement.
Episode Four:
Alaska Sitka Deer Hunt
Fred's off to infamous Kodiak Island with a good friend for a DIY self-guided hunt for the elusive Sitka Blacktail deer. The protective bear fence they brought isn't working & the boys have to make due and find it hard to sleep with hungry bears in the woods.
Episode Five:
Montana Whitetail Hunt
Fred's back in Montana with Jackie Bushman & this year he has something to prove. He had some bad luck last year with deer jumping the string. Fred's determined not to go home empty handed this year... The bucks may have other plans.
Episode Six:
Colorado Antelope Hunt
A good pronghorn hunt is dependant on dry weather but last years monsoon rains drenched the opening day. There's a storm looming on the horizon, season opens tomorrow & Fred has his fingers crossed for a dry hunt.
Episode Seven:
Iowa Whitetail Hunt
This week Fred's in the land of corn-fed monster bucks. He's had good luck here in the past... but a full moon threatens the whole hunt as the animal activity goes nocturnal.
Episode Eight:
Arizona Coues Deer Hunt
It seems like Fred brings the rain with him just about everywhere he goes, even in the hot, dry desert of Arizona. The elusive Coues deer got lucky last year with the rain & lightning that forced the team off the mountain. But come hell or high water Fred's on a mission & Coues whitetail are on the menu.
Episode Nine:
Illinois Whitetail
Fred gets skunked due to the full moon in Illinois. Fred doesn't take it lying down and heads back to Iowa to tag a nice buck. Not one to be out-done by the Man-in-the-moon Fred's heads back to IL to "get it done".
Episode Ten:
Colorado American Elk Hunt
Fred is in his Colorado backyard & this year he has a new technique he's been 'planting' all season. A food plot for western elk is a new concept Fred's going to try. He hopes knowing the travel routes of their feeding & bedding areas will net him a big one!
Episode Eleven:
Kansas Whitetail Hunt
Fred's back in Kansas & the bitter cold makes for miserable hunting. Fred has been in the cold enough to know that "the harder they come the bigger they fall". Stay tuned to see if Fred can connect or if he's just left out in the cold.
Episode Twelve:
Colorado Bighorn Sheep Hunt
Fred got lucky and drew bighorn ewe tag in his home state. Heading for the high ground, Fred loves to get above timberline. With nowhere to hide, Fred has his work cut out for him.
Episode Thirteen:
Colorado Mule Deer / Whitetail Hunt
It's late season in Colorado with winter fast approaching. Usually content with filling the freezer, Fred's uncharacteristically decides to hold-off for a bigger trophy. Will it payoff or cost him his tag?
